We provide 7 days of after-sales service for all clothing orders.
The service period starts from the date you sign for your package or the delivery date confirmed by the logistics company.
After 7 days, the after-sales period will automatically expire.
Situations Covered by After-Sales Service
1. Package not received
If your package has not arrived, we will first assist you in tracking it.
If it is confirmed lost, we will either issue a full refund or resend your order, depending on your preference.
2. Missing items in your order
If your order arrives incomplete, we will refund the missing item(s) in full or arrange a replacement.
3. Quality issue (with valid evidence)
If there is a confirmed quality defect with your clothing item, please contact us with clear photos or videos within 7 days, and we will arrange an exchange or refund accordingly.
Situations Not Covered by After-Sales Service
You dislike the product or feel unsatisfied with its style or fit.
You selected the wrong size, color, or style.
The shipping address provided was inaccurate, causing delivery failure or loss.
The courier was unable to contact you (phone unanswered, no email/social media reply), leading to non-delivery.
The package could not be cleared through customs due to lack of customer cooperation.
You requested the parcel to be left in a specific place (e.g., outside or in the garage), resulting in loss.
Claims without valid evidence of product defects.
Important Notes
Please do not return any package without prior communication and confirmation from our service team.
Packages returned with unpaid customs duties or shipping fees will not be accepted by our warehouse.
We reserve the right to decline any return request that does not comply with the above policy.
