The fourth step involves washing the finished garment to fix the shape and improve the feel. Finally, it is ironed and packaged for shipment. This style uses a different stitching method than ordinary sweaters; it employs a reverse stitching process, which is extremely demanding on the worker’s skill. This garment has a very slow machine processing time, using an imported STOLL machine. Each garment takes up to 10 minutes, and only 10 pieces can be produced per day (1 hour). Large-size pieces weigh up to 100g. Slow and meticulous work yields fine results. The heart-shaped design on the chest uses an intarsia technique, requiring multiple pattern making and adjustments to achieve the original effect. This requires exceptional skill from the craftsmen and high-quality weaving machinery.
