This garment is woven on imported needle machines, unlike the rough feel of ordinary domestic machines. The entire garment uses a process, with each stitch’s texture repeatedly adjusted to highly replicate the original cable knit. The production process of this knit sweater is extremely complex. After the yarn is in place, the first step is to reel in the yarn on a napping machine. The second step involves adding a special solution to wash the yarn and remove surface impurities. The third step involves creating small pieces, which are then individually stitched on a stitching machine. The fourth step involves washing the finished garment to fix the shape and improve the feel. Finally, it is ironed, packaged, and shipped. This garment has a very slow machine processing time, using an imported STOLL machine. Each garment takes up to 10 minutes (excluding the neckline, hem, and cuffs), and 10 hours per day. Only one finished product can be produced; slow and meticulous work yields fine results. The small horse embroidery on the chest was meticulously crafted using brand-name machines through multiple pattern revisions and adjustments, resulting in a highly refined and neat embroidered logo. To ensure the button material, color, and size are identical to the original, we disassembled the original and used it to create a mold, achieving a high degree of fidelity to the original.
